Educational Qualification & Age Limit :
- Clerk cum Typist:
- Should posses a Bachelor Degree from a Recognized University or Institute in Commerce, Arts, Law, Business Administration or Science.
- Should have the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time.
- Should possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
- Not be more than 35 of years of age.
- Assistant Environmental Engineer:
- Should posses a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a University or Institute recognized by State/Central Government with the first class in the Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with environment as elective or Chemical Engineering with environment as elective.
- Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time.
- Should possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
- Those having Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management but not having Bachelor’s degree in Environment or Civil / Chemical Engineering with environment as elective need not apply as they are not eligible and will be disqualified at any stage.
- Not be more than 35 of years of age.
- Senior Scientific Assistant:
- Should be a graduate Degree of a Recognized University or Institute in the discipline of Environmental Science/ Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Microbiology / Aquatic Biology / Marine Biology / Bio Science / Bio-technology.
- Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time.
- Should possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
- Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in disciplines other than above shall be ineligible and will be disqualified at any stage.
- Not be more than 35 of years of age.
- Deputy Superintendent:
- Should possess a Bachelor Degree from a Recognized University or Institute with First Class in Commerce, Arts, Law, Business Administration or Science.
- Should have relevant post qualification experience of at least 02 (two) years as in office routine work of accounts with reputed organization.
- Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time.
- Should possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi.
- Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in disciplines other than above shall be ineligible and will be disqualified at any stage.
- Not be more than 37 of years of age.

- For General Category Candidates: Rs. 500/- per application
- For General Category Female Candidates & EWS, SC, ST & SEBC Candidates: Rs. 250/- per application.

- Final Selection will be based on written exam.
